Straight Mat - Insulated

Evolving from our popular Straight Mat, the insulated variant maintains the overall profile while increasing the amount of heat reflected back to the user and offering a longer length to better maintain a comfortable core temperature while operating in austere environments. We have focused on ensuring that the dimensions of this pad will fit within the sleeping gear compartment of the SCE issued pack.

Two cord loops with toggles that secure the mat for storage are included and the mat also features four webbing loops that will permit the lower straps of most field packs to pass through for an alternate mounting option.

Each panel of the Insulated Straight Mat contains a 20d thermal reflective Nylon lining underneath 1 layer of 100gsm Primaloft Cross Core Ultra insulation; the exterior is covered with coyote 500d material in order to protect the mat and reduce the visible signature if mounted externally on a pack, the inner face is comprised of 210d Ripstop in order to further cut down on weight.
