Returns Policy


If for some reason you are returning an item due to it being un-satisfactory, is not up to your standards or customer order error, your request to exchange or refund must be made within 30 days of your shipment.

There will be a 10% restocking fee applied & less original shipping charges taken out of the customer refund. Due to the nature of the products that SORD Australia provides to its customers, all product returns or cancelled orders (after they have been shipped) are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and less shipping charges.
This charge will be deducted from your refund, credit card account, or will be invoiced as appropriate. Your order should be returned with its original packing slip/invoice and a brief description of the return (Please make sure you keep a copy of your original invoice).

If in some cases the item you are ordering is not in stock and/or delayed from the manufacturer, SORD Australia will inform you of this and will give you alternate options and or time estimated for your order to be shipped. If shipping costs are unable to be given to the customer at the time of an order being placed, it will be forwarded to the customer at the time of processing. This is to ensure that our customers are not overcharged on the shipping costs.

Restrictions on returns include worn, altered or customer-damaged items.

Please allow 5-10 business days from our receipt of your return to process a credit refund or exchange.

This does not cover all Webbing systems or pouches that are custom made for the individual. Custom manufactured and special order items are not returnable or refundable.
