Med Assault Pack

The Med Assault Pack is designed for team specialists who need to carry role-specific equipment such as a trauma kit, while maintaining the flexibility of a scalable tactical backpack. The pack can be unzipped to access an 18L rear compartment for personal gear, additional medical equipment, or site exploitation tasks, making it suitable for both medics and multi-role operators. A 3L admin pocket sits at the top of the pack, sized to accommodate IV bags, MEIs, and other items that need to be accessed quickly while on task.

The front compartment is purpose-built for rapid access to a medical kit and includes six removable hook-and-loop backed pouches. Each pouch features a clear lid for quick visual identification and a slot for labelling. A fold-out, hook-and-loop lined panel allows users to configure inserts for decompression needles, tourniquets, and other essential items. This panel is secured with a hook-and-loop sandwich system and can be removed entirely if not required.

Constructed from durable 500D fabric to balance weight and strength, the Med Assault Pack is built for operational use. The pack features fixed, contoured shoulder straps with tapered Airmesh padding to improve comfort during extended wear and reduce interference with worn equipment such as plate carriers. An Airmesh-lined back panel with moulded ripple foam assists with airflow and heat management. External MOLLE webbing allows for expansion with additional pouches, giving users the ability to tailor their loadout to suit mission requirements.
