It is important to read and understand the SORD Australia warranty fully. We understand there are sometimes exceptional circumstances that are outside the scope of our warranty; they will be viewed on a case-by-case scenario.
Guarantee - All items carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Exchanges will be at the expense of the customer for shipping costs unless SORD Australia is at fault.
Please enclose a written letter with the product being returned, describing the fault or problem along with your details to ensure that the return is carried out in a timely manner. Please ensure that the product being returned is packed securely and cleaned.
If in some cases the item you are ordering is not in stock and\or delayed from the manufacturer, SORD Australia will inform you of this and will give you alternate options and/or time estimated for your order to be shipped.
If shipping costs are unable to be given to the customer at the time of an order being placed, it will be forwarded to the customer at the time of processing. This is to insure that our customers are not overcharged on the shipping costs.
If you are returning an item due to it being un-satisfactory or customer order error, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied and taken out of the customer refund.
Due to the nature of the products that SORD Australia provides to its customers, all product returns or cancelled orders (after they have been shipped) are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. This charge will be deducted from your refund, credit card account, or will be invoiced as appropriate.
This does not cover all Webbing systems that are custom made for the individual.
