All retail sale orders placed through Shopping Cart online are processed and express posted within 48 hours of order confirmation and will generally reach any customers within Australia within 1-4 working days location dependent. Postage prices run in accordance with the size and weight of the order and will be charged accordingly. Order's submitted after 1300hours will be shipped & processed the following business day.

* SORD Australia does not ship to foreign Military post office address, such as US APO or BFPO. (If you require a shipment to APO, please send our sales staff a relative or friends address so they can forward your equipment onto you from their end).

* SORD Australia, will ship to Australian Forces post offices address AFPO. However once the package passes the AFPO Sydney gateway facility the mail is then in the hands of the ADF and is not traceable. SORD accepts no responsibility for missing / lost items or unsatisfactory shipping times after the package leaves Sydney in the ADF AFPO system.

*  Firearms will not be shipped to international addresses. 

Firearms & Restricted items 

* Remington Firearms are only available to Australian Defence & Federal Government agencies with the appropriate authority. Firearms will only be shipped to Government addresses, domestically to Australian Government bodies with the appropriate authority to purchase the prohibited items.

* Restricted items such as firearms, Body Armour & ballistic panels will require confirmation of customers state firearms licence/prohibited articles permit before items are shipped. Permits & licences are subject to confirmation check by Victoria Police. Restricted items will be shipped via TNT Specialised service and will require signature on arrival.
