FAQS

Q: Does SORD ship international?
A: Yes we are capable of sending mail via air transport virtually anywhere via Australia Post.
Q: How much will postage be international?
A: International postage rates are calculated via the AusPost intl package freight calculator based on weight and postage method. The total estimated weight of your equipment, final destination country and type of transport are all calculated to produce the freight cost which will be charged with your order. For more information visit:
http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp

Please note, express shipping will only express the package to the nearest Armed Forces postal receiving location, for example Sydney, New York or RAF Brize Norton. Once the package has arrived at those locations we, nor the express provider will have any control over when it will be delivered and the package will then be treated as normal mail by those locations and mail delivery will be reliant on the AFPO/APO/BFPO system.
